Sexing a Guinea Pig Here are some pics to help you when trying to find out whether your new guinea pig is a Sow (Girl) or a Boar (Boy)
The diagram below (sent to me by guineapigjude) thanks Jude shows the shapes to look for when trying to establish what sex your piggy is.

A Boar has a Y shape with a circle opening above it which sometimes looks like a cauliflower. You can gently apply pressure just above the Y and if your piggy is male a penis should protrude.
