Pet A Piggy

We like to show our guinea pigs off as much as possible. It is amazing in this day and age that at the outdoor shows we attend that many children, and even many ADULTS do not know what a guinea pig is ( questions such as 'what is it' or 'ooh look a hamster are common) never mind how to handle them or what adorable pets them make. We like to help these people, show them our pets and its fun for everyone, if people wish they can 'Pet the piggy' which is very popular with the young and young at heart.

At these events we also have a display with many leaflets that people can take away to read at home when they have more time, these leaflets cover topics such as

Feeding
Housing
Grooming and Care
Myths & Legends
Breeding
Showing

We make no charge for these visits and they are not a 'selling' exercise, all we ask is a free pass each to the show ground.
