• We will never sell an underage cavy/guinea pig, they will all be at least 6 weeks old and often older than that. 
• We will never sell a cavy/guinea pig that is not fully weaned and eating independently. 
• We will never sell an unhealthy cavy/guinea pig. 
• We will never knowingly sell a cavy to go and live alone or in an unsuitable home.
• All our baby cavies/guinea pigs are bred by us, and cared for by us from the day they are born, until, we hope, the day they die. 
• We will always provide full details of a cavies parents and background (with the sole exception of cavies that have been rescued by us and then rehomed)

We believe in on going cavy/guinea pig care, when the baby cavy/guinea pig leaves us that is not the end of the story. We will provide 24/7 support via email, telephone and our web based forum for as long as the new owner deems fit. 

There is no such thing as a 'stupid question', we will clip claws, cut hair, and do any of the numerous little tasks that need doing when a cavy/guinea pig is properly cared for.
